This beautiful, fully furnished 3-bed 3-bath house right on the Russian River was built from the ground up by the owner in 2023 with a lot of love, using some antique, historic materials. It's two miles from Healdsburg city center. The house looks directly over the Russian River, with river access down a path to the beach. It has parking for 5 cars and a garden full of tomatoes and zuchinni in the summer. There is a canoe and several kayaks available for forays along the river, a dock and shade structure on the beach in warmer months, and a ping-pong table outdoors. The house's first floor is open plan including living, dining, and kitchen, has one bathroom and a large closet. It also has a wrap around deck with river views, lounge chairs and a dining table. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two baths, and a TV room that sleeps 2 guests on a fold-out futon, as well as decks off of each bedroom with views.
One dog or cat may be allowed pending approval.
There are 2 small outbuildings on the property that the owners will use on some weekends, and separate parking for the owners.
