NO FIREWORKS – Fireworks of any kind are not permitted. The property sits in dry Ozark woods, and a single spark can start a wildfire.
NO FIREARMS – Firearms are not permitted on the property, and firearms may not be discharged.
WOODS – Please stay on marked trails, and don`t cut or damage any trees.
PETS – Up to 2 dogs are welcome. They must be house-trained and listed on your reservation (a pet fee applies). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds (bring their own bed or blanket), leashed outdoors, and crated if left alone. Waste bags are on the pet shelf – please pick up after your dogs. No bathing pets indoors, and please wipe paws at the door.
FISH – Please don`t clean fish or leave fish waste anywhere on the property. It attracts wildlife.
SMOKING & VAPING – Outside only, never indoors. Please use the ashtray and dispose of butts and vape cartridges in the trash, not in the yard.
FIRE PIT – Clean, untreated firewood only. Never leave a fire unattended, follow any burn bans in effect, and please don`t burn or leave trash in or around the pit.
TRASH – Kitchen trash goes in the outdoor bin right outside the door, with the lid latched. We`re in the woods, and wildlife gets into anything left out.
LINENS – If anything gets stained or damaged, just let us know.
MAKEUP TOWELS – The black makeup towels are provided for use during your stay and belong to the property. Please do not take them with you. Leave them in the hamper with the used towels at checkout.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE – Gather used towels (including the black makeup towels) in the hamper, wash the dishes you used, and lock the door.
