Welcome to The Ark House! We’re just 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter and have set up our home to be a comfortable, fun place for families and groups to stay together.
The home sleeps up to 12 guests and sits on approximately 2 private acres, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. You’ll have a large game room, lots of outdoor activities, a fire pit area, and thoughtful extras to make traveling with family a little easier.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
There’s plenty to do without even leaving the property.
Inside, you’ll find air hockey, UNO, playing cards, Candy Land, and Roku TV. Outside, there’s plenty of room for volleyball, cornhole, Wiffle ball, and kickball.
At the end of the day, grab an Adirondack chair and relax around the Solo Stove fire pit. It’s a great place to slow down and spend time together after a day at the Ark.
IMPORTANT - ONE FULL BATHROOM
We want guests to know exactly what to expect before booking. The Ark House has one full bathroom.
To make getting ready easier for larger families, we added getting-ready areas outside the bathroom with extra mirrors and hair dryers. This gives guests another place to get ready without tying up the bathroom.
The bathroom has a step-free shower with sturdy grab bars. The home is single-level with only one step to enter.
If your group is comfortable sharing one bathroom, you’ll have plenty of sleeping space, gathering areas, entertainment, and outdoor space to enjoy together.
