Close to everything: 1.5 blocks to the beach, walking distance to Abbott Kinney but located in Venice Canal neighborhood- THE BEST part of Venice, bar none. Both units can be rented out for multiple families. However, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE- If you plan to party, look elsewhere please. Owner lives nearby. You can walk or bike everywhere, (but free off-street parking is included) as well as HDTV with premium channels, Hi-speed WiFi Internet, a row boat, 4 beach chairs, all utilities, linens and all kitchen utensils, plus a laundry room with washer & dryer. You seriously won't want to leave. You can even get by without a car by using Uber. One Mile to Santa Monica, 40 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Malibu (depending on traffic), 14 mins to LAX, Great location! Clean, light, and bright. .......it really is as cute as I say it is!!
