This 2006 townhouse has all the modern conveniences! The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to an in-law suite with a full double bed and twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, cabinet and countertop; a half bath, and a living room with high end furniture including a sofa bed to accommodate the whole family.
On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king bed plus a roll-away bed, sleep 3, attached to a private bath with double vanity. Second bedroom has a pyramid or twin-on-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleep 4. Third bedroom has a full double bed with a twin trundle, sleep 3. There is also a second full hallway bath.
Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 4 assigned parking spaces, garage, complimentary high speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc DVD player, Wii game system, books and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!
Beach essentials including beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are available for rent onsite to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we offer the following services through our third party cleaning company: Linens and towels services $190/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 15 sets of bath towels) or $125/stay for either just linens or towels. ***Other optional items available for rent on-site:
1) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories(damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
***We provide a LIMITED but ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/ bathroom), trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
