This BEAUTIFUL property is located close to downtown Columbia and the Natchez Trace Parkway, while being only one hour south of Nashville. With a spacious floor plan accommodating up to 10 people, you can relax by the in-ground backyard pool, play foosball, or hang out in the bar area with the big screen on. You can also take a hike on the Natchez Trace Parkway and then head to downtown Columbia for a look at the southern night-life.
This home boasts a master bedroom with king bed, fully functioning log fireplace and 42" smartTV, attached to the master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Guest rooms include two rooms with queen beds, one with a full size bed, and one with bunk beds. Have a family dinner in the full-sized dining room or eat-in kitchen. Catch up on your family time in the spacious living room, or head downstairs to another living area with a fireplace, bar and an efficiency kitchen attached. If outdoors is your style, there is an in-ground pool with plenty of outdoor seating. You'll also find an outdoor bar with sink area and a grill. An enclosed outdoor bathroom poolside is coming Spring 2024. This house has everything you need for family fun or a bachelor's getaway.
New updates for our guests include new pool furniture with cushions, updated smartTV's, new bedding, fresh paint, new dishes for dining indoors and plastic plates/cups to be used poolside.
We also provide at no cost to our guests: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags, some spices and a well-stocked kitchen. There is also a double oven in the kitchen. We have a charcoal grill, Primo grill and gas grill by the outside pool bar area. We provide the propane tanks and the charcoal. Our pool bar area was updated with new countertops and new cabinets and a new sink in the beginning of 2024.
Our Britton Farms Guest House sits on two fenced-in acres and backs up to Britton Farms, which provides a beautiful country setting. The house has a gated entrance and also offers a 2-car garage.
