Summary: The Casita is modern, well equipped, and great location not far from the Zion NP entrance. Know that the Casita is on the same property as the Bit and Spur. So that can be good for proximity, but bad for noise if a band is playing and you weren't expecting the noise to go late. Other thing, they need to change the blinds on the doors. The blind is not a true black-out blind. Was completely see through with an inside light on. Potential for major invation of privacy. This shoudl be addressed. Bedroom windows have curtains that ensure privacy, but bedroom door to outside was completely transparent even with the blind down and inside light on.
