Welcome to your well appointed family vacation retreat in beautiful SW FL. Open concept home is inviting, thoughtfully designed for your comfort & stocked with everything that you need. Peaceful location at the entrance to Coral Oaks Golf Course in NW Cape Coral. Backyard is fenced and features a relaxation area complete with a hot tub, conversational seating area and lounge chairs. You can sit back and enjoy the outdoors with family, friends and your dog(s). Cats are NOT accepted Clean, comfortable and inviting home features 2 kings, 1 queen and full size bunk beds with luxury linens to ensure everyone has a great place to sleep. The spaces are decorated in a Tropical Florida theme and the bedroom with the bunk beds features Dr. Seuss decorations and books (for the little ones and those young at heart). The kitchen is well stocked; whether you want to prepare a gourmet meal, reheat leftovers or bake mouth watering cookies it’s there waiting for you. In the morning you have your choice of locally roasted drip coffee, easy to use espresso or tea to get you going. From luggage racks in the bedrooms, to the essentials to enjoy a memorable day at the beach, Coral Oaks Villa is where you belong. Outside the backyard is fenced. The patio has a charcoal grill and aluminum patio table that seats 8. Out in the yard there is a relaxation area with a hot tub for 5, seating area for 4 with a coffee table and 2 sun loungers. Area has a shade sail to help screen out the sun. Hot tub has 30 jets, LED lighting, and a water feature. 5 person hot tub provides plenty of relaxation and a full-size lounge so you can enjoy the benefits of hydrotherapy.
