Summary: Staff was very unprofessional and under trained. 1st receptionist was very rude wasn't willing to listen to what I had to say. Evaluator noisy and shaking rust around shower head leaking no chairs.in the room. Pillows was lawful. I could write a book about things bad thinsg that was wrong. leaking
