2 Bedroom Cottage in Thurston, Springfield
Little cottage in the country on my horse farm, it has its own private entrance with parking space. Quiet country setting but close to all the conveniences. Wallace Creek is a dead end road, many horse farms in the area, it's a beautiful drive to town. The property is completely fenced in once the large front gate is manually closed(gate is on wheels).
You will have access to a beautiful scenic paved trail that runs along my property, the trail ends in Springfield (roughly 1.5-2 hr walk). Well behaved dogs can be off leash, keep in mind that you can come across horses with their riders.
Sit back and relax on the covered porch while watching the wildbirds at their feeders. It’s a quiet place to get away from all the noise, and where you’ll feel at home. You will love all the details and thoughtful touches that we provide to assure a memorable stay. All the furnishing has been chosen with comfort in mind, super soft bedding, a "FULLY" stocked kitchen with all the little appliances you might need. A little home filled with love :)
Have privacy in the Master bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite, a second bedroom (queen size bed) and a main bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sleep-in with blackout curtains while enjoying the soft bedding, plush mattress toppers with supportive Zinus memory foam beds.
**We can accommodate a fifth guest on an air mattress for $20 a night** The extra bed will be set up in the queen size bedroom, it's a tight fit but it works. You will receive a separate payment request from VRBO once your booking is complete.
Comfortable furnishing, electric leather recliner sofa (adjusts your feet, lumbar and headrest with a remote) Sony 4K 65" TV, high speed wifi internet, plenty of board games and puzzles. Keurig coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, Ninja blender, electric griddle, waffle maker and more! Kitchen sink has reverse osmosis water filter system for the purest drinking water. A fully stock kitchen to prepare any gourmet meals. Central heating and A/C.
PLEASE NOTE: We are on a septic tank, DO NOT flush anything else than toilet paper. Please dispose ALL feminine products including tampons, and flushable or regular wipes into the trash cans.
For stays beyond 30 nights, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a separate payment request for the extra fee.

We are happy to accommodate CLEAN pets! Once the large front gate is manually closed(gate is on wheels), you get a complete fenced yard for your dogs to run around. First dog is $40 per stay. Additional pets are $25 each, per stay. A payment request will be sent by VRBO for the extra pets. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY FURNITURE OR BEDS (I provide a doggy bed with a blanket that can be moved from living room to bedrooms).
