Golf Carts
• I own a 2-person GAS cart and a 4-person GAS cart
• The golf carts are available for my guests to use during their stay but are not considered part of the rental agreement and they should not be considered guaranteed with the rental of our home. That being said our carts are there and available almost 100% of the time. For example, one cart may be needed for servicing. Landlord will notify the Tenant a.s.a.p. when unscheduled service is needed. I scheduler regular service when I have no guests.
• Signed Golf Cart Waiver is required to use golf carts
• Tenant may choose not to use the golf carts and will notify the landlord intentions prior to check-in
• Golf cart emergency service available. Phone number can be found on the dash of the golf cart
• The gas cart will be gassed up and with at least ¾ tank gas
• When used, the tenant is responsible to gas up the cart prior to check out a few days before check-out when used heavily.
