All bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, & hair dryer. Each bedroom is also supplied w/ heavy duty luggage racks, night stands with table lamps, & hand sanitizer.
Great home for families & groups of all ages. A Graco Pack 'n Play with a removable full-size bassinet & a foldable high chair is included. The high chair features five adjustable heights, three adjustable footrest & tray positions. The high chair foldable, padded, & has secure straps for babies comfort & safety.
Fully equipped kitchen & complimentary coffee & tea. All cooking, eating utensils, & cleaning supplies are provided, including sanitizing wipes & sprays. Each reservation will be provided a new dish sponge & dishwasher pods. (2) 65 inch Smart-TVs are provided w/ access to streaming services. Guest must have access to their own streaming accounts. Plenty of workspace areas with fast wifi. Complimentary washer, dryer, detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, iron, & iron board are provided.
Guests can relax & enjoy the sunrise/sunset view outside on the 2nd floor balcony & private, gated backyard. The backyard includes comfortable outdoor furniture with a dazzling gazebo for perfect relaxation & photo ops.

Quiet hours: 12am - 7am. Please respect the property as if it was your own. If we receive multiple complaints from neighbors, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation at any time w/o a refund.

No smoking of any kind inside the home or near any open home entrances. Any evidence of any smoking inside the property will result to a forfeiture of the entire deposit. Smoking in the backyard is permitted w/ the door closed. Ashtray provided.
Candles or any other open flames in or around the property are not permitted. Air fresheners are placed in shared spaces. If you have any scent sensitivities please inform us prior to check in.
𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒.
For sanitation & health purposes, outside shoes are not allowed indoors. A shoe rack & disposable hotel slippers are provided. Disposable hotel slippers are used upon guests' discretion. Please be cautious that the hard floors may be slippery when wearing the slippers. Hosts are not liable or responsible for any slips or falls related.
𝐍𝐎 𝐔𝐍𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay for a prolonged period (4+ hrs)/overnight at the property. Guests inside the home for 4+ hrs will be required to be registered on the reservation. Hired staff, such as make up artists, chefs, etc. are required to be disclosed to the host, regardless of the period of time they will be occupying the property. We respectfully request that any plans outside of a normal stay is communicated with us in advance. We thank you for your understanding & cooperation.
Any unauthorized guests beyond the max occupancy, large gatherings/parties & loud noise disturbances are prohibited. We kindly ask our guests to disclose any gathering plans for us to be able to best accommodate our guests. Violation of any of these policies may result in immediate termination of your stay w/o a refund &/or a fine of $100 per unregistered guests.

Guests will be held financially responsible for any missing or damaged items within/outside of the home caused by any members/guests of your reservation.

There are no pets or animals allowed inside of the home under any circumstances. We respectfully request for guests w/ registered service animals (emotional support animals not permitted) to inform us prior to their reservation w/ proof of registration. Undisclosed pets brought will result in an automatic ejection w/ no refund.

The cleaning fee is for the scope/degree of cleaning associated w/ a typical vacation rental stay. Additional cleaning required due to guest not following House Rules may result in an additional charge.
