Summary: I never give reviews, however when you pay high weekend prices at a 4 star hotel, at the coast, there are certain expectations. I expect that the ceiling hallway right outside our room (1st floor south side) won’t have multiple active water leak stains. This wasn’t just one spot and it wasn’t minor. I took photos to document it. I am allergic to mold. The staff did not alert us to the water leaking concern or ask if we had any health issues. The owners should have had that hallway closed off completely. Very disappointing as this isn’t just a cosmetic issue, it can be a health issue to allergy sensitive groups.
