Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level. Non-smoking, non/vaping. No pets, please. This property rents Saturday to Saturday. Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds (4 singles) a double sleep sofa, and a roll away bed. Unit feature 5 flat screen televisions with streaming service as well as a full cable package including Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, and Paramount+. Owner supplies the following for your convenience: Beach umbrella, Beach folding wagon, Beach Sport-Brella, Beach chairs, Children sand toys, Sand mats, Pack-N-Play, High-chair, Roll-away bed (single), Keurig coffee maker, Drip coffee machine. Please note this owner provides luxury linen service to all guests which includes 12 sets of washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels, 3 bathmats, 2 kitchen towels and 1 kitchen washcloth, plus all bed linens. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1. Garage clearance is 7 feet. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
