Mega Splash Social is two separate three-story homes booked together as one VRBO reservation, not one oversized house. That matters for multi-family trips: each home has its own kitchen, living room, and entrance, so a grandparents' group and a young family, or two households on the same reunion, each get a real front door.
One home is built around the backyard, with a private hot tub, a mini golf putting green, cornhole, and a fire pit deck for nights when nobody wants to leave.
