NOISE
We understand you may be visiting St Pete to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. We want you to fully enjoy our beautiful house and the various amenities that are included. It is important for us to inform you that this house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are elderly and retired. Please respect the neighbors by not playing loud music or having loud gatherings past 9pm. There is a city noise ordinance that the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office enforces after 10pm however we respectfully ask that our guests turn down the noise levels by 9pm. We appreciate you understanding.
ADDITIONAL
No rearranging of any furniture. Our house cleaners may not be able to move the furniture back into its correct place by themselves. If we have to send maintenance staff to move furniture back into its correct place after your stay we will have to pay them up to $150 for the job. If that happens this cost will be passed on to you as the guest.
