Plenty of space for storing kayaks, canoe or sailboat. 2 miles from boat rentals and picnic islands. Historic buildings include this renovated 4 bedroom carriage house that sits atop the property with long range views of lawns, woods, and lake.
On the ground floor: spacious master bedroom with queen size and single bed, 3 seasons porch* with sliders to small deck and door to one of two covered porches, full bath with tub, open concept dining/living room with many windows and lovely views of outdoors, plus sliders that lead to largest of 2 decks and connects to screened porch, equipped galley kitchen. Second floor: two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds total), large built in closets and dressers, skylights, half bath, small room under the eaves with single mattress, built in dresser and pocket door. Porch, lawn and beach furniture, fire-pit, hammock, lawn and board games, swing set available.
