Please remove dirty shoes before entering the home, clean up the kitchen after use, and take out the trash daily to ensure cleanliness for your stay. Make sure to turn off the water, lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home but is acceptable in outdoor areas at least 20 feet away from any entrance. Illegal substances are absolutely prohibited on premises. Pets are welcome at our home, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please be aware that there is no child safety gate for the pool. The host is not responsible for any bodily injuries. Swim at your own risk. Additionally, do not bring glass containers, bottles, or cups near the pool area.
