Exclusive access via 10 minute barge to island. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house with large outdoor space, screened porch, tiki bar, and fire pit. New home, with designer decor and finishes. Cannot beat lake views and access. Comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Incredibly safe as barge access is for residents and guests only. Close by Marina has pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, etc. for rent. Large doc can accommodate a ski boat, pontoon boat, and jets skis.
