The views are beautiful and is located in the quiet neighborhood of Mallard Lakes . This retreat is available year round and has all the comforts of home! The neighborhood includes 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, playgrounds, shuffleboard, and lakeside views.
We are located 2 miles west of the beach and the local town of Fenwick Island. Within the town, there are great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops to check out. For those looking for a little more action, Ocean City, MD is only a couple miles away as well.
During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $150 weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.
A linen package is available at $75 per stay, please inquire for more information.
Dogs are strictly prohibited and a $500 fine as set forth by our HOA may be imposed if renters do not comply.
