By booking, you agree to the house rules. No refunds to violators and may be asked to leave immediately.
-Cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation request outside of cancellation policy window will not be accepted. Please purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected events.
-One booking date modification is allowed up to 14 days before check-in. Requests made within 14 days of check-in may be denied at our discretion. Any additional date modifications, if approved, will require an immediate, non-refundable fee of $250. Otherwise, the request will be denied.
-No bookings allowed for locals or any guests that lives 1 hour or less from the home.
-Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 11am.
-Contact host with any issues and concerns immediately.
-The number of guests entering the house must match the number of registered guests. Possible $150 fine per person if found in violation.
-No smoking within 50 feet of the home. Fine of $600 and any additional cleaning fees.
-No illegal substance on premises is allowed. $800 fine and any additional cleaning fees.
-No weapons or firearms allowed on premise. $800 fine.
-No illegal activity allowed such as drug use, sex work, procuring sex work, etc. $800 fine and possible deep cleaning fee of $230.
-Respect quiet hours.
-No parties, events, large gathering of 8 or more after quiet hour. Violators will be asked to leave immediately and fine $800 plus deep cleaning fee of $230.
-No urinating on the premises or any other areas outside of the bathroom. Fine of $600 fine and any additional cleaning fees.
-Stairs on the property. Those who are prone to injury not recommended to book.
-Tampering of locks or cameras will incur a fee of $600 per lock or camera including any additional damages.
-Please take care and do not move furniture. Any damages will incur a penalty.
-Lock all doors and close all windows when checking out. Any damages will incur a penalty.
-We treat the interior and exterior to keep out pests including ants, insects, mice, roaches and other pests. Our space may not be a fit for those who are phobic of these and other wildlife. No refunds will be granted because someone saw an ant, spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a pack rat, a snake, or ants.
-Water pressure can be low from time to time. The City of San Antonio has water usage restrictions. Owner or management is not responsible and no refunds will be issued.
-Paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and tissues are provided as a starter supply. Guests will need to replenish these items during their stay.
LANDLORDS LIABILITY. The Tenant and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Tenant expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenant and the Tenant should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
