Living room has brand new furniture with large screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Dining area is just off the kitchen with extra bar stools for eating. There is a half bath downstairs just off the living room. The one car garage, parking in the driveway and you can park one car on the street allow for you to bring three cars to the home. 28 Pink Sand Lane is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and full en suite bath with walk in shower. The two Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bath also. Big bedroom upstairs for all the kids with three double beds and full bathroom with TV to watch all their favorite shows. Two of the beds on the third floor are adjustable to raise or lower to help your back when you sleep. Nice porch off the living to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. Easy drive to the Forest Beach area where you have plenty of parking and easy beach access. Great shopping and dining at Coligny in the Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.
