Our 10' x 16' tiny house sets nestled on 4 acres of wooded land skirting the southeastern border of Lancaster County, PA. and overlooks 900 ft of frontage along the historic Octoraro Creek. The house has air conditioning and electric heat. A small sink, mini-fridge and microwave are tucked into a corner of the space. Outdoors, the stream is a study for the lover of nature, and the sounds of water rushing over rocks can be heard anywhere on the property. Large rocks create a perfect fishing spot, and walking trails meander underneath pine and spreading oak trees. Two side-by-side outdoor buildings, situated about 50 ft down the trail from the tiny house a shower and bathroom, complete with hot water and a flushing toilet.
