Nagomi House in Government Camp is a brand-new retreat, inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian design principles, tucked into the evergreens of Mt. Hood. Here, sophisticated comfort meets year-round adventure – whether you’re skiing down from Timberline, skiing out to Summit Pass, biking the Camp Creek trail, or strolling into the village for food and shops.
Designed with calming textures and warm natural materials, Nagomi House brings the outdoors inside. The open living space centers around a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for a group.

THE INSIDE SPACE (downstairs):
As you enter through our garage you’ll notice our Level 2 EV charger and ample space for parking. Epoxy gripped flooring within the garage prevents slips during winter weather with your cold ski gear. There is a large equipment and gear area where you can hang your skis and snowboards, drop your helmets and coats, and step into the home where you are greeted by a heated tile floor.
There is a stocked laundry room and high efficiency washer/dryer so you have fresh clothing for your next day on the mountain. The 4-person bunk room and two king bedrooms are located on this floor, as well as a full bathroom with luxury shower.
THE INSIDE SPACE (upstairs):
As you head upstairs you immediately find yourself in a large great room with leather sectional where you can cozy up by the gas fireplace, snack at the counter, or have dinner at the large dining table.
There is a high-end gas range, instant-hot or cold filtered water on demand (perfect for your evening tea), large pantry and closets with supplies, board games, and cards.
This floor also has the large primary king suite, with an extra sofa bed that can expand to an additional two twin beds, and a large luxurious bathroom with rain shower + 2 shower heads + four additional body jet sprays + shower wand! There is a large closet with a pack-n-play and extra bedding.
Around the opposite corner is an additional full bathroom with shower and bath combo. This leads to the patio area with lounge chairs, outdoor fire pit, and SIX-PERSON hot tub surrounded by 99% black-out privacy screens. As you walk out there are extra bath towels in a basket for the hot tub, as well as hooks on the patio to hang as you soak after a day on the mountain.
