This is the perfect location for a New Jersey Beach vacation. The Friendship 7 Condos are family oriented and located only a 1/2 block from the FREE beautiful beaches on North Wildwood and only 9 blocks from the famous Wildwood boardwalk. This is a second floor end unit with privacy and a small balcony with an ocean view. This air conditioned unit has one bedroom with queen size bed. Full size sleeper sofa in living room. Owner does not supply bed linens or towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. One full bath and kitchen equipped with a cook top, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans provided. We have a heated pool and kiddie pool. In our patio area there are lounge chairs, barbeque grills and tables for dining. On site parking for one vehicle. Within 8 block walking distance to nightlife including the famous Pubs of North Wildwood. Russo's market located 2 blocks away for groceries and delicious take-out food. We only rent to responsible adults over the age of 25 years old. Beach rinse off and shower located behind building along with bike rack A $100.00 cancellation fee will be held if unit cannot be rented to another party up to two weeks prior to rental date. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to rental date are non-refundable. Natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes and floods are non-refundable but all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule as soon as possible within a 12 month calendar year. The tenant is responsible to leave the unit in good condition as found upon arrival. Tenant is not responsible for cleaning the room upon departure but all trash should be removed and all dishes cleaned and returned to cabinets. Any fees associated with excess cleaning will be charged to tenant.
The Condo Association voted to go totally smoke free for the 2023 season. Sorry, there is no longer a smoking area at the Condo, if you are a smoker you will have to leave the premises to smoke. WE have been Owners for 17+ years with many 5-star reviews listed on other rental sites we are on. We will make every effort possible that you enjoy your vacation.
