Both bedrooms have their own AC units in addition to central air so you can sleep comfortably in the steamy Florida summers.
The home is located in a gated community for added security. The community has two pools (one heated family pool, one pool for adults only), tennis courts, racquetball courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. You also have access to a private beach path maintained by the HOA. It's a 15 minute walk from your front door to the ocean. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can hear the waves.
