-2 stand alone A/C units that are vented to the outside for cool comfort during the summer. One is in the living room and the other is in the converted garage. These are not considered Central A/C but WILL keep the house cool!

**This home has a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot that takes grounds. The owner has supplied the home with coffee pods!

Guest Access:
There is a key less lock on the front door! The Electronic Rental Agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you. When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines, is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation for one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over 4th of July weekend.

**Please be aware that we are a Vacation Rental management company and we manage homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts are: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
