This architecturally stunning oasis home with gorgeous sunset views of the 'Bali Hai' Mountains sits on a peaceful 3 acre park on one of Princeville's most desired and quiet cul-de-sac streets. Relax in our private pool and hot tub and watch sunsets from our 2 Lanai’s, pick oranges, lemons and papaya to start your day. We are short walk to fine dining/restaurants/pubs/shops, groceries, playgrounds, and the beach, this is the ultimate family/friends reunion locale! A/C units are in all 5 of the bedrooms ONLY!
** This home was built by a well respected North Shore builder for his own family, his vast knowledge and expertise is evident in the beautiful details around this entire property.
We took great pride in sourcing top of the line furnishings for our new home, it is always impeccably clean and the pool/hot tub and yard are upkept weekly for us, and our guests, enjoyment.
** You will have our manager's number who is available if there are any questions/issues.
** will be given a front door number code 3 days before check-in via email, that way there's no danger of losing keys at the beach or in the ocean!
**You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. **MUSIC ROOM
- please use the musical instruments provided to jam! We just ask that you treat them with the utmost respect as they are delicate. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE DRINKS ON THE PIANO AT ANY TIME!
**GAMES ROOM!
In the fully converted garage space you will find couches and a 70 inch TV with cable, XBOX and games, fridge, bikes, workout equipment(bench, free weights up to 40lbs), yoga mats, exercise ball, foam rollers, medicine ball, soccerball, baseball mitts and balls, basketball, weighted jump rope, push up bars, manual foot pump (great outdoor workout stations at the nearby Princeville community park!)
**BEACH EQUIPMENT
Beach towels, chairs, snorkels and fins, boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards, straps for boards on car, 2 person kayak(it's heavy, requires two strong people to place on a car), life jackets and beach/utility wagon. ( great for groceries)
**We require a release of liability waiver to be signed to rent this property (for use of pool/hot tub/surfboards/bikes etc)

** We do have 2 outdoor cameras- one on the front of the house and one on the back.
** AC units is in all of the bedrooms. Ceiling fans are also located in every room. The house was built to maximize trade winds, so there is usually a beautiful breeze throughout the house.

** Our POOL (like the majority in Hawaii) is NOT heated
