Located 10 miles north of Gardiner, MT, the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park, and about .75 miles from Hwy 89 Mountain Retreat is close to the action but far enough away to miss the crowds.
Cedar Creek, a native cutthroat spawning stream, flows along the edge of the house which provides breathtaking views out of many windows throughout the home. The sound of the creek lulls you to sleep at night for an incredibly restful and relaxing experience.
Mountain Retreat is ideally located for those who want easy access to fishing and hiking. From your doorstep a mile and a half easy hiking trail takes you up the mountain to the OTO Dude Ranch. The OTO is steeped in history and illustrates the fascination so many have with the American West at the turn of the century.
