Kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and has coffee machines, pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. for your use and convenience.
Bedrooms have been designed to inspire a tranquil and relaxing environment. Soak in the master bedroom jacuzzi while enjoying the built in fireplace and gorgeous views.
Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or families and friends looking to escape it all!
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking allowed due to extreme fire danger.
- No Parties or Events. Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM. No loud noise or music after 10PM
- No pets allowed inside of the house
- Parking available only on driveway. Absolutely NO street parking due to county regulations (day or night) for short-term renters. You can park 3 SUV sized cars on driveway or 4 small sized cars.
- No trash should be left in the house after the checkout. Trash leftover will incur a $25 per bag charge.
- All used dishes must be washed before check out.
- Not allowed to use fireplace in the living room, but you are welcome to use fireplace in the master bedroom.
- The lower level of the house has white carpet. No shoes, food or drinks (except water) allowed on the carpeted area including all bedrooms and stairs. Any damage to carpet may result in extra charges.
- If you break any rule or get fined by county for any violation, the fine will be deducted from your security deposit and/or you will be asked to leave the house and forfeit your rental fees and security deposit without reimbursement.
- No refunds due to weather conditions, road closures or power outage. Guests are responsible for checking driving conditions and weather forecast. You should be prepared for various mountain weather conditions for anytime of the year, including but not limited to fog, rain, wind, storm and snow which may require tire chains (always check road conditions before driving).
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
- Early check-in and late check-out options available upon request, subject to availability and has an extra charge.
- BBQ Grill is available for your use for a $35 cleaning fee.
