To ensure a pleasant stay, the following house rules apply:
• The back door leading out to the deck/porch requires pushing/pulling with force to ensure it is all the way closed.
• A lost or damaged porch fan/light remote will incur a replacement fee.
• The umbrella at the outdoor dining table should be lowered/put down after each use to avoid damage during high winds.
• 4 beach chairs and a cooler are provided to guests. Please rinse and dry them after each use (hose provided in garage).
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, this includes: cigarettes, marijuana, drugs or drug paraphernalia. This policy is strictly enforced, and closely monitored. Violations will incur fines and additional cleaning fees.
• Any damages or broken items should be reported immediately.
• Guests are advised to keep all doors locked when they are not at the property. High winds can open unlocked doors.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee for a maximum of 2 pets. $100 for (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). Pets should not be left unattended inside the unit unless in a kennel. Should any unreported pet be found at the property, guests will be charged the listed pet fees.
