For swimmers, enjoy indoor and outdoor pools along with a kiddie pool. Indoor pool closed from 2/17/26-3/9/26. All ages will enjoy the fun of the interactive fountains. Have fun in the sun on the private beaches around the island. You can also use the Clubhouse, fitness center, and walking trails. Sunset Island has something for everyone in your family! This property is a 4BR townhouse. Bed sizes include 1 King, 2 queen beds, a pyramid bunk with a trundle, and a double sleep sofa. The Indoor pool will be closed for maintenance from 2/17/26 to 3/9/26.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Non refundable parking/facility fee $100 Jan-April and Oct-Dec, $150 May 1-23 and Sept 13-30, $200 all other dates. Includes 6 facility passes, add'l passes available for $75 each. No trailers permitted. Non-smoking, non-vaping property. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
