Please note, a maximum of 2 cars may be parked in front of the house. Additional cars may be parked down the street. Hot tub will be turned on remotely upon advanced request, $50 per use. The backyard is only accessible via stairs (a lot of them!). There is also a full-time resident in the casita (uses separate entrance to the backyard), so you may see him in the backyard, but he's generally very quiet and away for work.
