A spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the shore of Lake Tahoe. Remodeled bathrooms. The unit is 100 feet from the water and there are two tennis courts, pickleball, a swimming pool, a hot tub, boci ball, a volleyball court, outdoor BBQ and an indoor hot tub (winter only). Effective mid-June 2017 the mattresses in each room were replaced with new ones and the family room furniture was upgraded.
The unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people and is located about one mile north of the Safeway in Tahoe City CA.
No pets are allowed, smoking is also not allowed. A minimum of 3 nights is required. We are located one mile north of Tahoe city, Nine miles from Kings beach and 13 miles from Crystal Bay.
