This listing is for the ENTIRE Duplex. Please note, each unit is separate & private. There is NOT a common door or access to freely go from one side to the other. Guest's must walk outside to access the adjacent unit.

The house is setup as follows: The 1st Floor features a comfortable living room off the entry with comfortable seating for 4 -6 guest, then opens to a dining room. Off the dining room you will find our small but amenity driven kitchen.
The 2nd floor features a full bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms.

Guests are able to walk to many local favorites as well as access downtown with Uber. We do recommend a personal vehicle as well.
This unit includes only 2 parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park along Cochran. We do have central AC & Heat, but sometimes our second floor can get toasty so we have also provided window units for guests.
