Mary’s Place is an oceanfront 5 bedroom/ 4 bath Townhome offering gorgeous ocean views with direct, easy beach access and steps away from the community pool access.

To make your stay stress free, cleaning and linens fees are included (for reservations after Mar 19,2022.)

Located in the desirable Villas By the Sea Community, two homes away from the community pool and a direct walkway to the beach. It is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach close by to the Seaview fishing pier. Our home is well maintained and thoughtfully stocked. It underwent extensive renovations in 2020, including new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, floors, mattresses and bedding and much, much more.

There are three levels of furnished decks and an oceanfront hot tub (new in 2021) to view the beauty of sunrises and sunsets, dolphins and pelicans, and the Pier lit up at night.

First floor amenities:
- The first floor has a King bedroom with adjoining bath.
- -Elevator to the first floor to bring in luggage and groceries.
- Completely remodeled kitchen, well stocked for the chef including Keurig and regular coffee
maker, air fryer, crockpot.
- There is a bar area with an ice maker and beverage cooler, no need to run for bags of ice and
plenty of room for your beverages!
- Enjoy meals at our indoor dining room table for 8, with an additional 5 bar seats.
- - On the deck we have a dining table for six for oceanfront dining
- Additionally two high top chairs for morning coffee or evening sunset viewing.
- - Seating area with large sectional sofa and 65 inch smart TV.
Beach access is from this level making it easier for those who find stairs challenging

Linens will be provided and ice will be waiting so you just have to unpack and enjoy! Beach towels not provided.

A high chair and pack-and-play are included. Under the house there is an outdoor shower and renter’s closet well stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. The restaurants at Villa Capriani and Seaview fishing pier are both a short walk from our home. The town park is a 10 min walk which has a playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball court and an intercostal dock. In nearby Sneads Ferry you can buy fresh seafood and shrimp from the docks. North Shore Country club is a five min drive for the golfers.

Community pool is open from 10:00am to dusk (as there is no lighting) daily between approximately Memorial Day and October 31st of each year. Updated April '22.
