Most of the interior was painted in a light coastal grey. The guest bathroom was updated, along with new beds, living room furniture and rugs, TVs, a walkway to the firepit, linens, bedding, and decor!
Built in 2012, this newer 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a perfect place to host a family vacation or trip with friends. It is located on Webster Avenue, a quiet, wooded, cul-de-sac with public beach access only one block away. Walk, bicycle, or rent a golf cart for a quick trip to downtown South Haven (only 1 mile away).
You'll enjoy the home's wonderful layout - designed and built to be a vacation home. The great room, dining room, and kitchen are combined in an open concept with a tall, vaulted ceiling. The bedrooms are off a hallway leading to a large 3-season room/porch and a fantastic private backyard complete with a fire pit, swing set, and custom kids' playhouse with a slide.
The home can accommodate groups of many sizes and is perfect for families. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, with a guest bathroom down the hall. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (a full on the bottom and a twin on the top).
