the community pool, hot tub and a short walk to the clubhouse. Enjoy live music on
Saturday and Sunday outside near the clubhouse!
Completely remodeled with all new floors, paint, countertops, showers, lighting, and
furnishings. This updated Modern space is inviting and relaxing full of natural bright light.
Complete with gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, beautiful spa-like

As you enter the condo on the first floor where we have a well-appointed living space.
Cushy leather couch and chair perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. Granite coffee
table and dining table for eating or playing cards with your family and friends. Cozy gas
fireplace that will provide perfect ambiance and warmth. In between the kitchen and living
room we have a bar/ breakfast area with granite counter and barstools, great for socializing
or just starting your day. The kitchen has all new appliances, new sink and faucet, and
beautiful granite countertops. It’s supplied with everything you need to make a delicious
meal.
Upstairs is the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed
with a wide-open view of the golf course and surrounding trees. Lots of storage for your
belongings. Connected is the ensuite bathroom with two gorgeous vanities and glass sinks.
Also, a walk-in shower with glass doors and amazing water pressure. The second bedroom
has a queen bed with a super comfortable mattress and plenty of storage. The second
bathroom is right next to the bedroom. This bath has a new tiled walk-in shower with glass
doors. This is where your washer and dryer is located if you need to do some laundry during
your stay.

We are owner operators of this condo. We love the central coast and spend time in this
rental also. Please be considerate of our full-time residents living here. No loud parties, and
please keep noise down to a minimum especially before 8am and after 10pm. No pets
allowed (we are dog and cat lovers but due to a severe allergy in the family we cannot
accommodate any animals at this time)
