The porch also provides a great view of the ENORMOUS yard, where the kids can play touch football or tag. For those with kayaks, there's a convenient community launch. The first level of the home includes a 2nd living area, perfect for children & teens, along with two bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor hosts the kitchen, main living area, screened porch, a spacious deck, the primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, another guest bedroom, and a hall bath.Additional amenities include a large, half-circle driveway for extra off-street parking, wireless internet, and three cable TVs (two of which offer Roku for streaming). Of course, downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk are just a bike ride or short 3- 5 minute car ride away! Book today while there are still plenty of weeks available.
