Hosted by HelmsBnB, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to come home to after being out all day exploring Vermont. With two bedrooms (+ queen pullout couch) and two bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and comfortable seating, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room, there`s plenty of space for your group of family and friends to relax.
Main Floor:
-Fully stocked kitchen -- oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee), tea kettle, cookware, serve ware and dinnerware etc.
-Living room – 50 inch TV and two comfortable couches (one is a queen pull out)
-Dining Room – table with seating for 6
-Full Bathroom – Shower and tub
-Laundry closet – Washer, dryer & complimentary laundry supplies
Second Floor:

Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of one locked storage closet and the garage. As our home is a duplex, you share a wall with the other unit, so you can potentially expect to see or hear people during your stay. Feel free to say hi in passing!

- While we try to minimize disturbances, We regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
- No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)
Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
We are always available, but never overbearing.
