The living room has a large TV, sofa, chair, and a futon that folds out for an additional bed.. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private covered patio from the living room and master bedroom.
We are just up the road from the bridge to Siesta Key with an easy and quick 2 mile commute. Siesta Key has stunning white sand beaches, restaurants, shops, and live music. We are about a block from Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota offers.
Wi-Fi, Roku, and a designated free parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if desired. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building on the ground floor near this unit.
