Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, we are so glad you're here! This is a 1,400 sf single family home. We are a short walk to the beach and you will instantly feel "on vacation" with the sound of the waves crashing, and those ocean views, as you sit on the deck and sip your coffee in the morning.
We stock the house for families with young babies/toddlers in mind - see additional description for specific items provided.
We have a deck on each floor with beach views. Two of the bedrooms also have bay views. We are steps from the beach (see drone photo) and also steps from the bay. The community pool is right around the corner and offered to our guests, as well as a community boat launch/marina (keys will be provided for both the pool and marina; lost keys will be assessed a fine of $50 for each key lost).
Enjoy eating-in with the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and eat-in bar.
The Room and Bed Setup:
Master Bedroom (upstairs): King Bed - has private deck.
Guest Room: Queen Bed
Third Guest Room: 1 Bunk Bed (2 twin beds total), and 1 daybed (contains 2 twin beds total).
2 full bathrooms, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs.
Congregation spaces - 2 decks (on second and third floor), large living room and common dining/kitchen area with plenty of seating for all.
Kid/toddler/baby amenities - we stocked the house with babies/kids in mind (we have a young toddler ourselves). We provide - retractable baby gate at the bottom of the stairs (you can easily leave it fully open for the length of your stay if you’d like), pack and play (sheets provided), baby swing (both indoor - battery operated, and outdoor), vibrating bouncer, baby activity center, booster seat with highchair tray, toddler table and chairs, baby stand up activity center for those new walkers, toddler outdoor Adirondack chairs, and some various toys (rocking horse, Minnie push ride on toy, etc.). We also provide cabinet locks for the cleaning cabinet and also electrical outlet covers on the outlets not in use.

**This property is not available to rent to adults under the age of 25. No exceptions.**
**One exterior cameras on sight - it is on the first floor right by the garage staircase, but not currently active.**
