Summary: Starting with the positives: The building and surrounding area was quiet, and I felt safe at all times. The location is terrific: at the northern edge of midtown, but also an easy walk to the downtown casinos. Lots of dining to choose from, a short walk away. The property manager was available and helpful. And friendly. Bedding was comfortable and towels were very good. The furnishings were pretty bare-boned. This is what I expected, given the price I paid. So no real let-down for me. The one issue I had was cleanliness. There had been a superficial cleaning, but there was also lots of grime pretty much all over, that has accumulated over time. The apartment really needs a thorough, detailed cleaning. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I got what I expected, given the price.
